Ginger 1883 syrup is made from carefully selected ingredients including natural cane sugar and our secret ingredient, pure Alpine water.

Recipe

20ml 1883 Ginger syrup
20ml Lime juice
120ml Tonic Water
4 Basil Leaves

In a tumbler: put the basil leaves down (don’t crush to obtain a light flavor).
Complete with ice and pour all the ingredients.
Stir well.
Garnish with a basil sprig, lemon slice and fresh ginger.
