With a delicious scent of ripe fruit, Cherry 1883 syrup has the flavour of sweet, juicy cherries with notes of almonds and a balanced acidity. Cherry 1883 syrup is made from carefully selected ingredients including natural cane sugar and our secret ingredient, pure Alpine water.

Recipe

40ml Vodka
20ml 1883 Cherry Syrup
10ml Galliano Liqueur
20ml Cream

Pour the vodka, 20 of syrup and the Galliano in a mixing glass.
Stir and strain in a chilled Martini glass.
Whip the cream and 10ml of syrup with a mixer or a shaker.
Cover the cocktail with the flavoured cream, and garnish with grated nutmeg and dark-chocolate shavings
